My Newsletter and You (#0419-1556)

Here are a few reasons why I made the decision to add a newsletter to my practice:

  • It keeps my clients and friends informed of current financial situations and information affecting your financial well-being.
  • Having knowledgeable people I can work with and who feel comfortable with each decision made is very important to me. Hopefully, this newsletter will help keep this goal in focus.
  • The people I work with are not just clients, they are all someone’s family. This is how my clients are treated — like family.

If for any reason you do not wish to receive this newsletter, please call the office. I look forward to working with those who are serious about their financial
well-being. My practice grows only through personal relationships and your referrals.

Be an Educated Client (#0718-1505)

I believe that an educated consumer makes the best client. That is why I regularly send financial information to you via this newsletter.

This newsletter allows me to send you more information on selected financial topics. If there is a topic you are interested in but have not read, please call so I can include it in a future newsletter. This newsletter is a free subscription I make available to my clients. However, if you know anyone who you believe could benefit from my services, please let me know so I can include them on my mailing list. There is no cost or obligation for receiving this newsletter. I also welcome your comments and look to improve the service I provide to you.

I value your continued trust and confidence in me and look forward to working with you in the future.

Keeping You Informed (#0718-1506)

The purpose of a financial newsletter should be to inform, educate, and provide an overview of financial topics. This newsletter covers general financial planning topics and ideas everyone can benefit from no matter what their situation. My goal is for you to find something in each issue that you find helpful or helps you better understand a financial topic.

I also use this newsletter to keep you informed about how I do my job. My background, philosophy on investing, and financial review process are all important. Sometimes I will add an article discussing these areas.

Hopefully, you find value in reading this newsletter. Not all articles will pertain to your specific situation, but I trust in each issue there will be several topics that interest you.

If you know someone who you think could benefit from reading this newsletter, please let me know. I would be happy to include them on my mailing list.

If you have any questions about a specific article, please call so we can discuss its implications on your financial plan.

Thank You (#0718-1507)

The main purpose of this newsletter is to express my appreciation to all of you who have helped me during my career by placing your trust and confidence in my ability to serve you. As a result, I have been able to enjoy many valuable relationships and benefits.

Another reason for this regular correspondence is to provide you with new information regarding tax law changes and new products and services that may directly or indirectly affect your future or current financial situation. Perhaps my efforts toward the accomplishment of these goals will be as helpful as intended and add to our continued relationship.

This Newsletter Is for You (#0418-1492)

In an effort to provide better service and regular communication, I will be sending this newsletter to you on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Each of my clients has different financial responsibilities and expectations. Often, we may have similar concerns but different needs. Therefore, this newsletter will be geared toward a variety of issues, including taxes, estate-planning strategies, retirement planning, asset allocation, college planning, and more. Hopefully, you will find these articles address your major concerns and give you more insight into the importance of planning.

You may have questions and general interests that are not always discussed. Remember this newsletter is for you, and suggestions are welcomed on subject matter you would like to have addressed. If an article does not look as though it is applicable to you, try reading it anyway. It may have important information for someone you know, such as your children, parents, a colleague, or a friend.

If you have any financial questions or concerns you would like to discuss with me personally, or if you would like to review your current investments, feel free to contact me.

Has Your Situation Changed? (#0418-1493)

he reason you receive my newsletter is because we have had a business relationship in the past. I recognize not everyone feels the need to consult their financial advisor on a regular basis, but more likely will call when there is a particular question or concern.

I would like to ensure I am only sending this newsletter to those who continue to find my review of financial ideas and concepts useful. This seems like a good time to verify that my newsletter is not merely taking up space in your mailbox or recycle bin. If your situation has changed and my newsletter no longer meets your needs for financial information, please contact me to take you off the mailing list.

It is always rewarding to serve you, and I look forward to a long and continuing relationship between us.

Financial planning is an ongoing process.  New ideas are constantly introduced.  Consequently, I believe the best way to present a solid, regular base of financial information is with this newsletter.
